Returns and refunds

AETHERION respects all mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. We do not offer additional voluntary returns for a change of mind where no legal right applies.

Legal right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal (including in the European Union), you generally have 14 days after receiving your goods to cancel without giving a reason, subject to any applicable statutory exceptions. For separately delivered items, the period starts when you receive the final item.

To withdraw, email aetherion.cars.shop@gmail.com before the deadline with a clear statement and your order number. You may use the template below, but this is optional.

How to return goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to withdraw. Contact us for return instructions and a return address before posting your parcel. Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree to cover them, direct return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the required amounts, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Where permitted, we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of their return shipment, whichever is earlier. Extra costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable where permitted by law. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise at no additional cost.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email aetherion.cars.shop@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. Your mandatory rights relating to defective or nonconforming products remain fully effective, regardless of the withdrawal period. We cover return costs where the law requires this.
