Overview

Welcome to AETHERION. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AETHERION. We operate this online store and related content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”), supported by Shopify. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked here. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law always prevail.

1. Access and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the necessary permission to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and order information, safeguarding passwords and activities under your account, and telling us promptly about unauthorized access. We may refuse access or terminate accounts for lawful reasons.

2. Our products

We try to display product features, colors and images accurately, but their appearance may vary between screens. Review specifications, compatibility information and the variant selected before purchase. We do not promise that every item is suitable for every vehicle or use. Product availability is subject to change.

3. Orders

By submitting an order you offer to buy the selected goods and authorize the disclosed charges using your payment method. We may accept or reject an order subject to law; acceptance occurs when we confirm it. We may contact you if payment, delivery or availability needs clarification. Our return and refund policy and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

4. Prices and billing

Prices and promotions can change before you place an order. The price and taxes or delivery fees applicable to your order are disclosed at checkout before payment. Currency conversions depend on the selected market and payment service. Provide accurate billing details and keep them current. We can correct obvious errors, subject to applicable consumer law and notice requirements.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, costs and estimated transit periods are presented at checkout and explained in our shipping policy. Estimates may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits our statutory delivery obligations or the mandatory rules governing transfer of risk to consumers.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, our store design, original text, photographs, graphics, product presentations and other protected content belong to AETHERION or licensed rights holders. They may be used for personal, lawful shopping purposes but not copied or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Optional third-party tools

We may offer access to optional tools supplied by third parties. Those tools may have their own terms. We cannot control independent providers' services and provide access subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Third-party links

Links may lead to third-party websites or services. We do not control their content, security or policies. Review their terms before entering information or making purchases.

9. Shopify relationship

Shopify provides the e-commerce technology used by our store. Your purchases are made from AETHERION, not Shopify. Shopify and its affiliates are not parties to your sale contract with us.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with the Services, including by Shopify and other service providers. Use of the Services is subject to applicable privacy laws.

11. Feedback and reviews

If you voluntarily submit reviews, ideas, suggestions or similar content, you confirm you have the rights needed to share it and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, adapt and use that content in relation to the Services, subject to mandatory law. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

12. Errors and updates

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccurate information about descriptions, prices, availability or delivery. We may correct such errors and update content, subject to obligations to honor accepted orders and consumer protection laws.

13. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services for illegal conduct, fraud, harassment, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, sending malware, scraping or disrupting systems, impersonation or deception, or interfering with other customers. We may restrict unlawful or abusive access.

If software, an automated assistant, bot or other agent accesses or acts through the Services on your behalf, you remain responsible for its authorized actions, compliance with these Terms, accurate representations and the security of credentials. Agents must not circumvent access controls or misuse the Services. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches or other lawful reasons. Amounts owed under completed purchases remain due, and provisions that by their nature must survive termination continue to apply. Termination does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Information on the website is provided for general guidance. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing excludes statutory conformity guarantees or other non-waivable consumer rights.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable, indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse or inability to use the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective to the extent permitted by law. No provision limits rights that legally cannot be waived.

20. Entire agreement and waiver

These Terms and the policies referred to here form the agreement governing your use of the Services. Failure to enforce a term does not automatically waive it. Individual sale contracts remain subject to the mandatory rules of your jurisdiction.

21. Assignment

Any transfer of contractual rights or obligations must comply with applicable law. You may not transfer your account without permission, and any business transfer on our side must respect customer rights.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AETHERION is established, subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules of the customer's country of residence where applicable.

These Terms may be made available in several languages. If translations differ, no language-precedence clause overrides mandatory rights to clear contractual information or protections under applicable law.

By using the Services, you agree that order confirmations and other necessary communications may be sent electronically, subject to statutory requirements and your marketing preferences.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update the Terms and post a revised version. Changes are not applied retroactively to completed purchases where the law prohibits this. Continued use after publication may mean acceptance of prospective changes where permitted.
